I am a lifetime gardener, landscape designer, consultant, speaker, garden blogger (A Guide to Northeastern Gardening and A Guide to Landscape Design & Maintenance) and author of six books, A Guide to Northeastern Gardening, Landscape Design Combinations, Dream, Garden, Grow!-Musings of a Lifetime Gardener, Gardening by Month, Shade Gardening for the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic and The Houseplant Guide: How to Easily Select & Maintain Indoor Plants. Encouraged by friends, family and colleagues, I started putting my experiences down on paper and as the thoughts emerged, I discovered a true passion for writing.
